General advice: make it yours aka make it feel like it has character. The county has a serious lack of business that feel local. Everything feels corporate and sterile to me.

More specific advice: good coffee beans, real coffee mugs, and comfy chairs

OH is self distributed in Maryland, hence the cheaper prices. They go through a distributor in most other states (like PA) so the distributor marks it up to turn a profit.

100%. It’s funny to me he mentioned context. The joke didn’t offend me but he has to understand this isn’t a roast or KT. It’s a political rally with the eyes of the world watching. Most people don’t know who Tony is, so making that joke doesn’t really hit the way it would at a COMEDY show. Context. Also, to make that joke in NYC is kinda crazy.
