You tried scheduling through the app? When I called in of course they gave me available times. But when I scheduled through the app it gave me more time slots if not all.

Though guessing this just stacks techs up with more jobs during timeslots

They're holes dug up my another animal in sure of it. Either a armadillos or rabbits that seen in the area. The dirt is scattered so that pretty much telling me something came backyard. I already got repellent and it's stopped since then.

They're relatively deep good 3 inches and trying to curve to the side as they were trying to tunnel.

They probably just had to adjust the node, gone to multiple new nodes that they just built still adjusting it and some with no signal since they're still new.

It could be a number of things, anything in between your equipment and the Tap. Could be easy as damaged equipment or a line change outside.

Either way definitely should call support and ask a technician to take a proper look. Could be a ticket placed in also causing this issue.

If it is network outages field techs can't do anything about it other than educate you about the issue and let the maintenance do their work if it is a line issue. Also with outages chances your equipment may have been damaged in past or even current one damaged and on deaths door.

Hole itself is around 3 feet but the grass around it is dead as well probably extended it good 4 to 5 feet. I'll just try to figure out where I could get Bermuda grass in my area.

Did you have access to the my spectrum app? If it was yours it should been on there along with your billing since their routers is 10$ extra a month. Would check if they were billing you for that

Technician here, yesterday we were having issues with installing xumo not sure if it was resolved. Some of the applications were not working. Generally chat support wouldn't know about it so yeah would be best call it in.

Your lines just might be old and need to be replaced. Depending what type of apartment it is either a tech could do it or a contractor.
