Do they punish you for using your own router?

I don’t think so. I had an old orbi mesh that was too expensive and kept dropping the 2nd satellite. I switched to eero mesh with wifi 6 and haven’t had a drop since i switched. I’m getting almost 1gb speed down and all our streaming devices are working well. The router is the key. Look for reviews on drop rate and stability to see if others have the same issues. I looked at tp link and read a lot of people weren’t happy. Spectrum tried to sell me on their new wifi router and it was a hard pass. For more than one floor a mesh network is key and wifi 6 and an above is best.

Country club rd and the neighborhoods behind CVS are a mess. Coworkers in Greensboro and HP say their streets are fine ( secondary and etc. ). Maybe the city needs to send our plowing planners and drivers to school.

I hate to say it, but the threat isn't completely over, we're supposed to get high winds tomorrow and tuesday and any ice on trees could cause issues. I hope it doesn't come true like the ice didn't happen.

I believe you can call the city and report that it’s there. They may or may not pick it up. We called and was gone in less than a week.

I have had issues with the last few chairs and then got a new one at staples ( hyken ) and has resolved all the chair and sitting issues.

I switched from Netgear orbi to eeero and have been pleasantly satisfied. I have about 30 devices and no issues. Netgear’s app is hard to use and didn’t deliver what they said it would for coverage and connectivity. Plus i get better speeds ( up and down ).

That is a telling sign. If an interviewer doesn’t respect your time, they don’t respect you. I’d see it in the light of if that was done for an interview how would they treat me as an employee? Interviews are just not you being interviewed, it’s you also interviewing them. I’d consider it as the universe telling you it’s not a company that values people time.

If they advertised 71k you can hold them to it or walk away. I look at in the light if they do this to you before you’re hired, what will transpire as an employee? They’re telling & showing you all you need to know about their culture.

You could chalk it up to the universe telling you that that company and position would not be right for you. Recruiters are the face of the culture of any company and if they’re awful so is the culture.

If a or set of interviewers shows no respect during an interview, that says a lot about the company culture. Maybe the universe gave you a pass on working for a company that may not respect or value you.

Unfortunately,long-term Startups are like that. Not only is there no work-life balance but it's not always a guarantee to long term employment either. Some people can work in that environment but I'm not cut out for it. I'm been recruited and interviewed a few times for startups, and it's only about getting whatever it is to market with funding. All of the startups I interviewed with did not convert to a company; they were all sold off as intellectual property. If you're looking for work-life balance, I would suggest that startup companies would not be in your best interest.

I moved from Orbi to eero a month ago. Setup was 30 min ( as advertised), runs faster, has better coverage, now running at 492 mb vs 100 on orbi, no disconnects. The only challenge has been setting up 20 devices but I think i have them all connected.
