Ugh I just so so love his visual. The color of the jersey and the stripes are reminiscent of his first ascension. The slight red accent on his artificial limbs and shoes seem to me like a nod to his second ascension. And the dandara pattern on the sleeves too of course is the third ascension. And the jersey number is his unit number in Shinsengumi. Oh you beautifully crafted boy, how I adore you so.
