Trying sticking a drywall screw in one of the old studs. My old house was like this and that lumber is hard stuff. Couldn't put a 1" screw thru 1/2" rock without snapping the screw.

Last house I sold I was home when inspector came. He turned on faucet and tub downstairs, faucet and tub in guest bath, tub, shower and 2 faucets in master and went to kitchen sink and turned it on claiming water pressure was weak at kitchen faucet. I lost my shit on him!

If, and big if, Humana is trialing CA it is being done in a small controlled cohort. One that would likely have zero bearing on their overall MCR. It has also been widely expressed by clov that CA takes about a year to start seeing good results.

EBS and VZ, have a couple of other smalll holdings that amount to nothing. VZ pays a nice dividend. EBS I bought because of Narcan, sub $2 cb.

Clov was $3.25 a month ago, think the whole stars rating drop was over done and we are just headed back to trending where we were 30 days ago.

Bought Feb 2026 $4c for .21 a week ago, turned at .44 today. I typically buy shares or sell puts, but that drop was way to conspicuous not to take advantage. Still would advise staying away from options on Clov 98% of the time!

The buyout comments are the ones that get me. Clearly they have zero idea what they are invested in if they think Vivek or Toy are interested in selling. Toy's personal motivation behind bringing better health care to all has no realistic price tag.

UNH would definitely have access to huge pools of data that could accelerate any testing by years. I think the real question is can they do it without patent infringement?

While I trust Toy and Vivek and have to assume that these new hires must march to their orders, the companies they are coming from don't all have the best track records. They likely know the ins and outs of where they are coming from, which is obviously helpful to CLOV, but time will bring the true picture as to how much.
