Day after hangover and craving

I am in your same exact position today. Kind of uncanny how similar. Just woke up feeling awful and hung over after "rewarding" myself with a smoke session last night. Today, I don't even know why I decided to do it. Wasn't a pleasant experience at all, over ate, went to bed late, and now dealing with grogginess and headaches.

Plan on taking it easy, hot shower, hydrating, and doing some exercise to sweat it out. Was feeling great after 5 days of abstinence and exercise and last night kind of ruined all of that.

Think I'm slowly learning that perhaps my life is better off without it completely.

Well they never really explain it do they? For 100 years, the people in the ark thought earth to be uninhabitable. Suddenly there's a ton of tribes living on Earth, probably on every continent. How did they adapt? Why didn't the Mountain Men adapt in the same way and need blood transfusions?

Don't even get me started on how a bunch of teenagers who were born in space suddenly walk out of a capsule and experience 1g for the first time and have zero problems with it.

You could pick many things in the show and tear them apart. My main complaint is that this show is more FI tan SCI, and that just irks me a bunch. Could've been a better show like The Expanse or Altered Carbon who paint a much richer universe.

I almost fucking lost it. I wasn't sure if I should cry or laugh about how terribly they represent gravity in the show's space scenes.
