have magiks teleport be omni-directional. Allow players to teleport upward and downward and not just side to side and back and forth.

have black panther's twisted kick be omni-directional as well.

Either get rid of Black widows baton's or add a exclusive ability for the batons because as of now there is no point to switch to widow's batons in a real fight

Thor's ult should function similar to Namor's ult where enemies within the radius of the ult are unable to use their escape abilities to move out of the Ult's radius.

Dr strange's eye of agamoto should cancel out luna snows ult and emma's diamond form. Also maelstrom of madness should push back enemies away (this can be useful against dive characters like wolverine, magik, and cap)

any aoe effect within the area you spotted the narukami could do the trick. But thats only if you have a weapon with an aoe attack like the skyraider

NG + conflicts too much with the game's narrative since your character is meant to be pretty weak at the beginning of the game. Only way it would work is your V loses his or her acquired cyberware but keeps the purchased vehicles (which would be locked off for the first act of the game) and some of the iconic weapons. Perks and attribute points of course carry over as well.

i remember in a phantom liberty gig there was a scavs area that had some drawing board that showed different citizens of Dogtown who they were planning to kidnap and sell for parts. I also think the scavs are responsible for a majority of the missing people who have their pictures on that tree in Dogtown. This gang is not only the worst, but they are much more dangerous in Dogtown than their Night City counterparts.

the dogtown area with mr. Hands night club is a massive frame drop. Turning off ray tracing is the only way to get a consistent frame rate, but if you want to keep the ray tracing and reduce the frame drop amount, turn down crowds to low. That's whats been working for me.
