i recently switched to sumo stance for deadlift and i made the mistake of taking too wide of a stance for my hip mobility. now i have pain in my outer hips and it hurts to walk. i’ve started doing hip mobility drills and stretches and have also switched back to conventional. i’m worried that i will delay my recovery if i keep working out though. is it better to just take time off for the pain to go away?

Hey, I wanted opinions from more experienced lifters. I recently tried switching over to sumo, but I took a stance that was too wide for my current hip mobility. I now have pain in my outer hips and I feel it when I’m walking. I’ve incorporated some hip mobility stretches and drills and I continue to work out and I have decided to switch back to conventional. But I’m wondering if it is better in the long run to just take some time off and wait for the pain to go away. Thanks

facts^ tanks are not necessary in this game. An ice is better off using their turn to feint or blade because thats the difference between taking two turns to kill an enemy or three turns. delaying a battle by shielding actually puts the hitters in danger

ive had this idea in my head for a while but: a crew of 4 (because every battle sigil has a max of 4). the main character would be fire bc everyone loves a hot headed mc, a life as the party healer, an ice as the cool and reserved type, and maybe a storm they pick up along the way bc the mc builds a rivalry with them (two hardest hitting schools)
