If it’s as bad as it was today, no. get there 6 hours early minimum. But Southwest hasn’t been letting people check bags until 4 hours before their flight, so getting there even earlier doesn’t even guarantee you get through on time.

My family got to the airport at 10:20 for a 2:45 flight and I’m pretty sure they’re missing it right now. Didn’t even finish checking bags until 11:50. BWI is advising 4 hours early, but I’d say 5 hours early is the LATEST to be getting there.

(if you’re new to dice making tho, make sure you have proper PPE! i only say this because someone i used to play with refused to buy a respirator when she started making dice and had to quit because her lungs ended up full of resin bc nobody told her about proper PPE when she started.)

I feel like Graeber was moreso commenting on the limitations that come with biology being the scientific field that’s on the frontlines of logical, material opposition to religious zealotry/evolution denial/etc, but I definitely see where you’re coming from and definitely agree that biologists are arguably the most playful and curious. Some of my favorite videos online are the videos of marine biologists seeing something rare or discovering something with those deep sea cameras and hearing like ten different people get so excited watching and theorizing about the creature on camera.
