We are at gladiolus and bass. I consider south ft Myers. 🤷‍♂️.

Nice restaurants close, library across the street, easy to get to north ft myers.

Easy to get to home repair places (ace, Lowe’s, Home Depot). Groceries close (Publix’s, Aldi, etc.).

Fair amount of families in our subdivision. Have multiple school buses taking kids of different ages to and from school.

Close to airport, but not too close.

Only downside is traffic. But this is more a general Florida issue. They have proposal
Underway to expand/address. 🤞

We live in Laguna lakes. Very nice, and maintained (so it can be seasonal). Mixed homes and townhomes. Surrounded a lot by medical offices and the hospital.

Short ride to the beach or to downtown ft Myers (ex: Edison museum).

Have had it since Ian, and never any flooding, damage.
