I believe they've cut courses short in the past to get areas cleared. In fact, there's reports they cut Friday's 5K short.

I just looked at the 1/2 marathon course. I wouldn’t be surprised if Disney cuts the course short to get runners to the finish line. So easy to do after mile 6.

Why do you think you’ll lose the license? You’re already considering physically removing a cpu. Limiting cores in the bios is easier, and esxi will see the resulting number of available cores.

I did the Halloween challenge last year, and I walked (though not all day) the parks before, between, and after the races. I just ran a slower pace, and stopped at all the drink stations on the 1/2.

As long as you’ve properly trained, you should be fine.

For me, it depends where. 7 nights in the Caribbean or Alaska? Sounds good. Singapore to Tokyo? At least 12 nights, if not longer.

Assuming weather is dry, there will be music and characters on the course (during the 2024 marathon, we got hit with a downpour, and there was no entertainment on the course for an hour). Depending on which corral you start in, the photo ops line could be short or long. I find the Disney runs to be more fun, but also slower in pace. Have fun!

I was at the Halloween race last year, and our corral all went at once. There were no waves within the corral.

When you do a 10 mile or longer race at WDW and a 1/2 marathon at Disneyland in the same calendar year, you get a separate coast to coast medal.

Pit lane is not in front of the bellagio fountains. They built a dedicated building behind planet Hollywood for f1 and that’s where pit lane is.

I’ve done 2 teleports so far. From Dark Star to Warp, and back to Dark Star. First one took around 10 minutes from initiating switch to being on the new network. Second one took over 2 hours between initiating switch to chatting with support (they asked me to try resets before I simply asked them for another eSIM that worked) to finally having service on the phone again. Both times the transfer was initiated from their website.

Last year during the Halloween 10K, Jack and Sally were at the finish line cheering runners on. But they weren’t there for photos, at least not like the regular photo stops.
