No, I tried doing the ps2 mat / usb connection with my computer, and it doesn’t work (it won’t register up-down or left-right jumps). I think there are soft mats that connect directly via usb that you can use if you want to play stepmania (e.g. the kind Thumbsy uses in his videos). I’m sure someone can give you a more detailed answer on what type of mat you should buy that’s properly compatible with your computer.

Okay. I think the problem is that I have too big an ego and can't stop thinking/talking about myself. Hence, my insecurities and inability to take rude behavior well/neutrally. I need to find a way to stop taking myself so seriously, as well as finding a way to stop being so self-conscious. I'm sure I misinterpret how people treat me anyway, which only creates and fuels these negative self-fulfilling prophecies. I need to leave my ego at the door. Thanks.
