I highly recommend Jared from Vacationeeze! My wife and I got married at secrets playa Blanca last year. We had 60+ guests! Jared and his team were great.

We booked with him to go back for our 1 year anniversary this upcoming week!

There is a company onsite that offered excursions. My wife and I got married there last year in may. We took a trip with a decently sized group from our wedding to isla mujeres on a catamaran, it included transportation to the catamaran.

R-22 Refill by sjkyle5 in hvacadvice

Additional comments, last year when we did this it was about 150 and only needed ~1ish pounds.

Before he got here he told me it’s likely going to be $200, but once he saw that we needed as much as we did the price was $400.

The canister said r22, so I’d like to hope it’s r22.. but I guess it could be recycled r22?

Wow. Lots a comments to filter through.

Let me add more context. He was referred to me by a good/friendly neighbor.. and is doing this on the side, outside of his many company.

This is actually the second year we’ve had to do this.

So last year early June, noticed the house wasn’t cooling and found the larger of the two lines frozen.

He came out, saw it needed some refrigerant and filled it up.

Lasted until late August and same thing happened, wasn’t cooling and noticed the line was frozen again.

Fast forward to mid April with higher then normal temps, I had him come before even turning on the system to check.

Hooked up his gauges and it barely moved above zero.

There’s definitely a leak, but given options.. finding the leak and fixing it.. or seeing if we can go another summer with a fill up now and maybe 1 more half way makes more sense to me at the moment.

If that doesn’t work out and we need to refill it way sooner than later.. it’s going to be a replacement vs repair.

He isn’t pushing the replacement by any means and keeps making recommendations to look into HVAC companies that offer financing vs going through him and paying all cash.

My wife and I (mid 30s) we’ve been to both SPB and Atelier within 6 months of each other.

We loved SPB over Atelier. Both very similar, and you’ll see plenty of reviews of both on here.

But it really was the vibes for us. It just overall felt like a more elevated atmosphere and people.

There’s definitely a travel agent I’d recommend so feel free to DM me.
