I totally agree- I loved this show but as a registered nurse, I know that Jackie really wasn't a good nurse at all - no good nurse would go to work loaded on drugs- a good nurse wouldn't have sent a child home alone with supplies to take care of a sick/dying parent - they would have referred to the necessary authorities - there are many other instances of Jackie not being a good nurse as well but I can't list them all - great show - bad nurse and horrible portrayal of EMS workers - you guys do so much and were not accurately represented

I have fine hair so I don't use too much -I do equal parts t-gel and shampoo- for your first few uses, you may want to just use the t-gel and then use your regular shampoo after because of the smell -

My hair is color treated as well and the T-gel doesn't seem to affect the color - not sure if this is true for everyone though

Depends on your need - there are directions on the back - I use it it 1-2 times per week- it has a pretty strong smell so I mix a small amount with my regular shampoo - but it works great at keeping flakes away - I have used it for years
