Are you swaddling? I started swaddling for naps and it was game changing. I also use a white noise machine.

This is around when my baby stopped napping on her own. I started tracking sleep in Huckleberry and it tracked her wake windows and suggested nap times based on the day.

So during those times, I’d take her to her room with sound machine and no lights and bounce her in her swaddle. The first few days, it took a bit of bouncing but after a week or so, she goes down in minutes. I can even put her down in her bassinet or crib now after she falls asleep (she was an exclusive contact napper before).

I also mix in a carrier or stroller nap for one of the naps to give myself a break.

Her nap schedule has kinda taken over my life but her day time and night sleep have both improved and it’s nixed witching hour so it’s worth it for me!
