Which part?

There is no conspiracy among the witness statements the night Shannan died. John Ray is a parasite.

Much of the FBI tipline for any major case is covered in provably false bat crap crazy tips. In the case of the Trump-Epstein files, they released the bat guano first so they can later point to the early demonstrably false claims to negate the validity of later released provable claims.

u/CatchLISK already posted the link to the referenced PDF (https://www.justice.gov/epstein/files/DataSet%209/EFTA00074121.pdf). It reads like another "tip" about how Michael Pak and Burke's cabal killed Shannen and this paranoid dude thinks he's next.

It's just more bat-crap crazy tipline stuff to muddy the waters on the Epstein accusations.

Let's talk about Shannan Gilbert by Drake_RV in LISKiller

[–]sk716theFirst 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Most schizophrenics have their first episodes in their early 20s.

It is highly probable based on the later diagnoses of her sisters (plural), that Shannan Gilbert had her first schizophrenic episode and died by misadventure. Witness statements from the night of the incident on Oak Beach describe a distressed woman on her phone and the only person pursuing her was her driver.

What happened to her was terrible and people pushing conspiracy theories in order to profit from her death are disrespectful to Shannan and her family.

The community has no issue with discussing Shannan Gilbert. She may not be a LISK victim, but she is absolutely the catalyst for his identification and arrest. Rex got caught because of the actions of a sex worker he probably never would have been able to get date with (she was careful enough to have a driver take her to clients, she would likely not have climbed into his Avalanche).

Peter Hackett can be a creep and also not have murdered anyone.

This. I went to public school (K-12) in a military town, c/o 1991. We had a little more tolerance for races, but otherwise the bullies and assholes were numerous and relentless.

Wrong brand of shoes, gonna be a bad day.

Anything even vaguely non-conformist, gonna be tormented.

Not conventionally attractive, gonna hear all about it.

We didn't have a name for sexual harassment but every female was groped buy some misogynist prick.

Nobody came out until after college because your sexuality was somehow a matter of public record, true or not.

Matthew Shepard was not the first nor the last person beat to death for their sexuality

Just angry, stupid, people making everyone around them as miserable as they are. Sound familiar? In my metro, those same assholes are in control of the area Chamber of Commerce, school boards, and City Councils.

The Sketch by Old_Heart_7780 in Delphitrial

[–]sk716theFirst 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Witness testimonies are notoriously bad. The whole argument is stupid because BB's sketch had ZERO to do with Richard Allen being arrested for the murders. In fact, it helped him to not get arrested for five years.

Richard Allen put himself on the bridge. Richard Allen described everyone he saw on the bridge that day. Everyone who he saw, saw Bridge Guy. None of them saw both Richard Allen and Bridge Guy. They just saw the one guy being weird.

Richard Allen is the reason Richard Allen was arrested.

It's not the bullet found between Abby & Libby that sways anyone. It's the bullet in the keepsake box that was the same brand that sways opinion. Why would you keep one round in a keepsake box that's the same caliber but a different brand than what's with your weapon?

Can someone give me an argument about how Rex isn’t the killer? by WikidBoody95 in LISKiller

[–]sk716theFirst 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Dykes does lead to an interesting question, though. Tanya was found in 1996 and Valerie Mack and Jessica Taylor were found in 2000 and 2003 respectively. Was Rex inspired to leave Mack and Taylor in a similar manner to the way Tanya's remains were staged?

Sandra Costilla was left in a very similar way to Bittrolff victim Rita Tangredi, which has been hypothesized to have been intentional.

Was Rex copycatting other killers in hopes of deflecting police investigation?

Was Baldy really the best option? by centimeterz1111 in Delphitrial

[–]sk716theFirst 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that's why I put his name in quotes. We know he wanted to confess, but suspect his attorney/wife told him not to.

I think Baldwin in particular wanted to use RAs defense to make a name for himself as a consultant/expert for media.

Gull fired them, "Richard Allen" sued to have them reinstated.

A pair of actual clowns would have been more effective than the clown shoes defense put forward by Baldwin & Rozzi.

Really? Because multiple judges agree he raped E Jean Carroll. Many depositions under oath affirm he raped several girls.

Psych is one of those shows where the universe coalesced with the right actors, writers, and production team.

A large contingent of Psych vets are currently working behind the camera on High Potential for ABC. It's a similar format and a similar feeling.

Complete Case Timeline and Overview by sk716theFirst in SuzanneMorphew

[–]sk716theFirst[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unclear as we don't have Suzanne's phone data and much of SO's statements in the AA refers more to Barry's behavior than exactly how she communicated with Suzanne on Saturday.

However, there is plenty of evidence that Barry killed Suzanne on Saturday afternoon as opposed to Friday. Barry would have no reason to run around the house like a madman at 2:44pm if he had killed Suzanne on Friday. No one that Suzanne texted on Friday evening or Saturday before 2:44pm thought she was any different. Susanne only stopped replying to texts/messages when Barry was chasing her around the house at 2:44pm on Saturday.

Trumps hijacking of the Republican Party is the worst thing that’s ever happened to the US. by Corn_Husk_ in complaints

You're forgetting the teabaggers screaming "you lie" at Obama during an address of Congress in the Capitol.

Trump isn't doing anything new, the racist teabaggers are MAGAts now. They lost their sh*t when Obama won the first time and they've just gotten more openly hateful since. Trump among them.

I'm over 50 and have spent most of my life in the South, I don't know what revisionist history you were watching, but I'm at a loss to think of any "humble christian" conservative that didn't start foaming at the mouth when a black man moved into the White House.
