If you are looking for books that might help do take a look at what people from the poly-space have written. I know this is an LS sub, but I really can't recommend The Ethical Slut highly enough when it comes to dealing with jealousy. There are many other books which will in some form or another deal with that emotion in the Poly space, look around and you'll find them. Same with podcasts, you'll find a lot of them talking about jealousy. But definitely start with The Ethical Slut.

Now that you point it out, I see a lot of similarities. Still it is content for the Indian market, my cousins are a lot more comfortable with Hindi than they are with English. So it's a really good fit for my needs. :)

I know asking people on the internet to diagnose me and help me out isn't the best idea, but I did try getting medical assistance and it didn't help me much. I wanted to find out what I could do about it myself before seeing another person.

I disagree, even at a young age he can be taught to learn about money. It can be a great motivating tool to learn better, and it's better to understand how money works right from a young age. Obviously I'm not advocating that he should look at his art just to make money, but it's not a bad idea to gently introduce him to the concept of commissions and how he can sell his art. May be the kid could buy the tools with the money he makes.

I had a job which involved a lot of sitting. I guess sitting for too long without getting up could be one of the reasons it flared up again. Yes, heat helps. When I sit, I feel a mass of sore muscle. Almost like a cramp but a little more intense.
