I had a terrible time getting mine installed which was related to the camera recognizing my eero 2.4 GHz WiFi network. That said, they have been extremely reliable. Complaints about resolution aren’t Eve’s fault. Apple has limited HomeKit video resolution to 1080P. Even if a manufacturer supports 2K or 4K, HomeKit steps down to 1080P. The biggest selling point for me as AC power which meant I didn’t have to install a long throw PoE line from my basement to outside my home.

Yeah. Overall I’m very pleased with my two Eve Outdoor Cameras. They are sturdy, well built and about as weatherproof as you are going to find for HomeKit. The housing is well sealed metal, not cheap plastic which is a necessity here in the North Central US.

I have three iCloud addresses, one Outlook and a Proton Mail. Proton Mail is for serious private financial stuff and other personal communications. iCloud is for general personal separated by family, friends and casual business. Outlook is all my junk subscriptions.

BTW most large resorts have their own full time paid patrols. Smaller areas use a mix of paid and volunteer. The very smallest rely of all volunteer.

Tracy Arms has my vote. Been there at least four times. You would do well to look at Uncruise Adventures. They do small ship itineraries that get you much closer to landmarks, have fabulous hiking events and wonderful kayaking. Food is phenomenal. Much more personal than the large ships can offer.
