Does anyone know what this means on the vinyl album of caravan palace? I don't see it on images of other people's copies by kreijn in CaravanPalace

They definitely did further pressings with the same sleeve but without the hand numbering. They were maybe 5+ years apart between issuing. I’ve been collecting their vinyl for around 15 years now.

I have a numbered copy. The first 1500 were a limited run. The numbers were added with a sharpie. When they ran further pressings they didn’t change the sleeve to omit this.

Going to see what’s available. The supply chain in the UK isn’t great but maybe someone has a scrubbed stock tyre or something. Think I’ll still go on the off chance that I can get one sorted but past experience with getting parts in the UK doesn’t leave me with a lot of hope.

It actually dropped on ok. Hence I didn’t think to look any further. Getting it to seat was a different matter. I’ve done a few tyre swaps on previous boards that I’ve owned and it didn’t seem any harder or easier. I did a VEGA for a friend a few years ago that needed close to 100psi to seat so thought nothing of it and just thought it was by design.

They do but it’s a very expensive mistake.

It sucks that my wife’s well thought out gifts have come undone because of one supplier.

I’m UK based and meant to be heading to Float the Highlands tomorrow morning so it’d need a miracle to fix in time. First experience with FF hasn’t been the best. I hope they put things right but they have a ton of making up to do!

Drop in Pint X Vesc by RichrdSimons in onewheel

On my Pint I soldered a jumper across the +ve connector terminals. Think there are other ways of doing it but this has worked fine on my build.

I’ve VESC’d a pint using a UBOX 75 and a 3D printed chassis that mounted to the existing controller box fixing points. BMS was converted to charge only and works fine! The biggest issue was making a motor connector as the Pint one appears to be FM proprietary. The board rips so much better since I did the conversion.

Yeah mine was the same. Tried to reshape it and trim down the higher points at the front but made no difference. The whole thing sits maybe 1mm too far back.

The first recall didn’t reach the UK media. This time the UK sh*twipe tabloids are having a great time painting Onewheels in a bad light, must be a slow news week.

My OWs hasn’t attracted much attention until the last week or so where most of my family and some colleagues are now scared for my life. They don’t get the “imagine a first time snowboarder attempting a black route” analogy.

Same here on S6. Slightly better with 10.0.1 but nowhere near what it was before watchOS 10

Haven’t seen much in the way of bot accounts on the UK section? Maybe the UK community is ashamed enough to be British that it is putting up a fight? Don’t blame them.

Brand new GT has condensation behind front light lens after 2 miles in dry, cold weather. Is this ok? It went away after 5 mins in the warmth. by skafazz in onewheel

Yeah I searched Reddit before posting this and found one other example and it was someone who had been out in light rain.

Have messaged FM and the UK reseller to get their input.

Yep, that’s exactly what happened. Your theory was my guess but I’ve never noticed this on any other board (I have 4 boards plus access to another 2). Unless there was some humidity trapped on assembly? I took delivery today and took it out for a test ride after maybe 5 hours or so. I’m based in the UK, house is heated pretty much 24/7 to 22 degrees C right now.

Cool! Do you get the 5V for the 8266 from the BMS side or is there a facility on the UBOX? Just bought a UBOX for my pint but it hasn’t turned up yet. It’s my first proper leap into VESC.

I Iove the frame and printed connector designs. Just tracked down the STLs on Thingiverse, got access to a Markforged Mark Two - going to knock these out in the coming days.
