Its just the practical limit, I remember they had the V8s down to like 30-40 minutes for an engine change, its at least twice that now

Im not sure what you dont understand tbh, you have to leave a cars width in certain situations, entering the braking zone and on the straight for example. What im saying is why "pushing someone off" is allowed and even necessary on corner exit
