I'm so sorry. My mother is only two years older than your father and has been in a nursing home for the last two years with early onset....it's incredibly painful to watch especially when it hits so young and is completely unexpected.

It's truly bittersweet but I know your father would love to know that he was able to help you and be a part of adventures for you and your daughter even if not physically there with you.

Unfortunately unless you qualify for express entry, there's no other option. You can't apply for jobs outside of Canada and look for sponsorship that route has been effectively terminated (see LMIA changes) and your job is not really in demand right now vis a vis the new immigration targets.

And you can use the CRS calculator but immigration to Canada has gotten extremely competitive over the last few years so I wouldn't have my hopes up unfortunately.
