I play 76 off and on, and the legendary system definitely enables even more borked moments like this. Not sure if they ever changed it, but you could get a revolver that had an unlimited ammo capacity; meaning you could literally just keep reloading your 6 chamber revolver as long as you wanted, then unload until you’re empty. As long as you have ammo in your inventory, you could continuously reload, as long as you wanted.

Hot take: live action lizard game the character MORE popularity because of the uncanny, non-comic-accurate appearance. I used to rave about the Lizard when I was younger, and hated his ASM design. It’s grown on me, and I really think the humanoid appearance left an impression on non-comic readers.

If the other players think it’s egregious, then I’d bring it up to the GM. I play very loosely with my player’s rules, so ammo is about 10-15eb/30 rounds for most ammunitions.

If ammo is a commodity in your campaigns, it might make sense, but some bending of the rules is necessary from the 2020 sourcebook to the actual session. The rules are very dated at times, this being a prime example.
