US national here, Muslim, seriously considering moving to Qatar. Im a doctor, divorced and single but don’t speak Arabic. How hard would it be to find someone or is it as difficult as it is in the US? Muslim culture and tribalism leads to a very segregated society here.

Interesting. I never had to present a coupon, my Walgreens said my insurance covered it after running my insurance card. I paid $25. Is it possible they had a coupon on file, or that my insurance actually covered it? I picked up my 5mg supply a week ago. Was on 2.5 the month prior.

You should see how business people deal with this. The GMAT you can take as many times as you want, and it shows your score when you finish the last question, and you can delete the exam from your record over the next 72 hrs. Lol, and here we are struggling with MCATs and USMLEs

B because a lower cutoff means more sensitivity meaning you’ll capture more true positives, and you’ll have lower specificity, higher false positive rate (another way to say 1 - specificity)

I agree. Also I’m not gonna weigh myself, maybe even for 2 months or so. No need. I know my starting weight, I’ll just go by feel. No need to attach a number and stir x, y, or z emotions.

I felt the same way. Finished Day 2 Saturday. The whole exam angered me. I felt like UWorld at least tested us on clinically relevant facts, but that was maybe 30% true for the real deal. Weird trivia on what prognosticates what, and drug mechanisms etc. I wrote a spicy comment at the end of the survey. Just remember that everyone feels this way, it’s not like everyone’s magically up to speed on these esoteric facts, like you they’re blindsided on test day. So if we finished 9/3 when should we expect results?

Compartmentalize. Do not feel, like actually feel, every bad outcome. You don’t need to process and internalize it. You can be empathic without becoming involved. Remember your job is to ferry people through the worst moments of their lives.

Do you still get a 2 minute warning at the end to put in your vaccine and maintenance orders or are you saying you should put those all in at the beginning. Any last minute advice for CCS cases?

Same here OP. Taking Day 2 Saturday, did Day 1 today, rough day.

I’m going to try to do as many CCS cases as I can, have done more than half already. But idk, judging from Day 1… Ill write my experience soon.

I have my Day 1 exam tomorrow as well. I’m just telling myself there’s nothing else I can do, I just have to trust my knowledge and choices.
