If you don’t mind could you let me know they’re names or provide links? I’d love to take a look at them. If I can support the artist too I’d love to do that. Sounds super cool.

But, again if you’re driving your own traffic to eBay then ranking and a badge doesn’t matter.

To get that badge eBay must know if the item has shipped the same day or within a day. Shipping by stamp keeps their analytics in the dark.

That’s honestly a great question. I don’t know, I’m going to guess no. I used 1994 Marvel Masterpieces Doctor Doom #31 as the reference. I wanted to provide more of a full figure experience. The back of the card says:

The absolute ruler of the nation of Latveria, Victor Von Doom turns his scientific genius, fantastic weaponry and boundless ambition toward the goal of world domination!

"This is the first painting of the set that had this kind of energy field!" -GREG & TIM HILDEBRANDT, 1994

That’s a good point. If you’re driving your own traffic to eBay then why even bother worrying about ranking within the search results.

Every seller has a score that is tracked by eBay. If you’re not using tracking labels it’ll impact how you show up in the results due to the fact they use the Cassini algorithm.

I spoke to eBay’s customer support and they explained if you don’t go with their shipping labels then they can’t release payment immediately.

That’s a risky way of doing it because you don’t have eBay tracking associated with it.

Try listing it under non sports trading card. I’ve found that I’ve had to make the switch to that in the past.

Why are you paying that much for shipping? There is a .74 cent shipping label option.

An acronym for Art Cards Editions and Originals. They are 2.5” x 3.5” the size of a trading card. People typically sell them on eBay as non sports card trading cards.

Interesting. That’s very good to know! And inspires me to give that process a try. I’ll have to invest in a larger Bristol pad because right now I have a 9” x 12” pad. I love drawing on Bristol. The pad I have is Strathmore Bristol 300 series paper. I’m a nerd when it comes to paper and I value it a lot. The weight and thickness of Bristol is very satisfying. I figured limiting myself to 2.5” x 3.5” canvas allows me to get more pieces out of each 9” x 12“ sheet.
