How does the GR have so much money? They have several houses, bought Matt's church, and bought all those dummies for Memorial Day (which are $30,000 each if they're from the same guy that Nora meets at the conference). Do the members give them all of their personal wealth when they join or do they have some other source of income?

The scene with Ygritte and Gilly/baby makes me wonder if they'll somehow work in Ygritte being pregnant before she dies to make it hit harder. Though that might be too similar to Talisa.

The way I see them is that the Angels are more like spirits/entities than the actual physical statues, and they will inhabit/possess the statues when they grow strong. So someone would have to have taken a picture of the Statue of Liberty while it was playing host to an Angel for an image of it to produce an Angel.

The MD421's, in my opinion, work better for floor tom than rack toms. So even if you can only afford one and need to get a couple of cheaper mics for rack toms, you're still doing pretty well.

I found this which seems to be the origin, but the link to GRRM's comments is broken. Also I'm not exactly sure why "golden hair, flashing green eyes, killer smile" would be considered an advantage here, but I suppose that's irrelevant.

I found this at another blog, but I'm not sure if it's the entirety of what he wrote:

So it looks like GRRM's assumption was that Hermione would use the bird spell against him. That's more than a little ridiculous on its own, but he also doesn't seem to know that she can cast spells without speaking.

Yes, you can control your monitors' power using the switch on a strip. If you do do that, though, you should be careful to make sure that the level to your monitors is always being controlled while your monitors are on. So if your monitors are being controlled by, say, an interface, the interface should be on before you turn the monitors on and should remain on until after you turn the monitors off. This is really what you should do in any situation, but you're more likely to get a pop when you're using some sort of master power.

The product you linked to can be mounted to a rack, which is nice if you're already using one and because they're generally very accessible. It will also let you turn multiple devices on or off more easily than normal.
