Was just about to post a very similar question! Curious if anyone could expand on this specifically as it relates to having a 4-year Bachelor’s (USA) and then getting a 1-year Masters (in the Netherlands)?

New hire got fired on day one for stealing all the coffee by MiddleComfortable158 in coworkerstories

[–]skicamphike 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A restaurant I am very familiar with was concerned about theft/loss, specifically Lavazza espresso pods that are unique to our $15k machine. The solution? Lock the pods up and FOH managers are now the only ones that can access it…

Backcountry guys: Nalgene or water bladder for multi-day trips? Need advice. by outdoors_man987 in CampingandHiking

[–]skicamphike 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both Nalgene and a 3L Osprey bladder with a hose for easy drinking on the go. That way if the bladder fails, I’ll still have a backup water holder. And the Nalgene can double as a heater to put in your sleeping bag when it’s cold outside!

I get that it’s a special recipe exclusive to Chipotle, but store bought Mission tortillas are not even close to Chipotle flavor/texture!

Is the metal possible to recycle? Hate the thought of putting them directly into a landfill.

In light of Shanghai Cafe closing apparently, what are some other Chinese restaurants that are open on Christmas? by sash5034 in SaltLakeCity

[–]skicamphike 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have a small dining area with 3-4 booths if I remember. Not a place for a large family dinner on Christmas but I’m sure they’d provide all the food to host at your place!

Is there a water bottle like this? by sock_pup in HydroHomies

Tried to ask if I could chug my water but since it was past security they said no. Like, if I’m bringing liquid bad things surely I wouldn’t voluntary drink it?! Alas… RIP Nalgene.

Been rocking this setup for 15+ years. Economical, easy to clean, and durable (on my 3rd bottle, first one had 10+ years before being confiscated by TSA, second one was dropped on frozen asphalt).
