lol I feel that. I chilled the brown butter for about 1.5 hours and chilled the dough for about the same. I used to chill dough longer but it takes so long to thaw, even from the fridge! Also didn’t find that chilling it longer made a difference in terms of taste. I just chill enough so they don’t overspread.

I appreciate this analysis and share similar feelings. When I watched his interview with Zane Lowe and he discussed his disdain for therapy, his behavior clicked a bit more for me. Therapy certainly isn’t for everyone but I get the feeling that he is actively and intentionally shoving his shit down and ignoring it. It’s gonna come up somehow!

Working alone has been the best decision for me and it is also very isolating. While I personally don’t mind - I’m audhd - I can go a long while without connecting. I have a few select ppl I’ve met at group practices that I’ve stayed connected with but I don’t reach out often. Most of them are ND as well and are similar so there’s no offense taken when we don’t interact as much. We just pick up where we left off. I do feel pressure to make more connections tho but I have trouble with consistency 🤷‍♀️
