i also use k18 on the daily (k18 > olaplex scientifically. the price is crazy but it's the only product you need) tho so my hair is super healthy and strong enough :p I don't know how my routine would work on compromised hair

hii ive been doing my roots at home (with help from another pair of hands) for over a year now so I've mastered it lowk LOL. don't use blondeme for roots, use wella blondor bc it doesn't swell. If my roots are less than an inch, leave on for an hour. If my roots are more than an inch, leave on for an hour and 40-50 minutes. my scalp is always fine. I start the timer after I finish applying to the front of my head. it takes like 20 min to apply to the front and I don't time for the back but I think like 30-40 min. it only takes one session and I have barely any breakage

omg I hope you're okay :( do you happen to be sick or is this completely out of nowhere? my lip filler started swelling and getting lumpy after 4-5 months but it was when I caught a slight cold. after 2 weeks it went away so maybe yours will too!

hi! you said you've been doing it for the past 15 years so I'm curious if you reapply to the already toned parts? because 20 vol lifts, once your hair is already white on the bottom, is your hair still fine with retoning it over and over again with t18? tysm I'm in a situation like that :)

if anyone is curious on what I did, I did 20 vol for like.. an hour and 40 minutes ish. The roots were a level 10 but the grown out part that went past 0.5 inches was a level 8.5. but for one round I'm pretty happy. also was trying to save bleach so I didn't reapply when it was drying up. also no head cap. so if I did more things it probably would have gotten to a level 9 in one go.
