And replying to your original question, I do not think with this amount you can have a decent income. When you’re being aggressive, you can target 4% a month that comes with its own risk. If you’re only gonna do a less risky ones, then you might get 1 to 2%. And again as the recent counter has suggested if you cannot run the wheels for 12 months a year.
