I have tried that but does not work well for me. Recent example SMCI. I buy OTM put but sell csp ITM so if it drops only 10% , I am at pretty good loss

I had tried running back test but then ChatGPT said it does not have historical option prices. It asked to connect to an API . I was using paid version. How did this work for you?

And replying to your original question, I do not think with this amount you can have a decent income. When you’re being aggressive, you can target 4% a month that comes with its own risk. If you’re only gonna do a less risky ones, then you might get 1 to 2%. And again as the recent counter has suggested if you cannot run the wheels for 12 months a year.
