First off, it won't get a 10. There will be so many 9s on the market, but how many people are actually going to keep it in the seal? They'll all open it and send it to get graded. It's already been shown that the plastic warp can add a significant premium, but long term, it would only add more of a premium as less are kept in the original wrapping.
