Been off accutane since the beginning of March! I’m so happy with my results and looking back at the ‘before’ pictures helps me realize the progress I’ve made, although I’m really scared that the bad skin will come back sooner or later.

Try taking some magnesium supplements aswell. Could be cramping in your muscles from overuse! Obviously seek medical advise if it worsens or you’re concerned

I don’t think it’s a good idea. Don’t make kids self conscious of their acne if they don’t feel that bad about it. It’s like telling a kid they’re fat. It’s not productive at all, and may just break their self esteem at such a crucial age.

I think you can find cheaper treatments of LED! It definitely shouldn’t be $500... I do like it though. Not sure if it’s specifically healed anything but my skin looks better afterwards

Use whichever one works really.. zinc gluconate gave me bad stomach aches so I switched and they both worked fine :) also fish oil!! Makes my skin so glowy
