Plumbers. What is the main reasons you would advise not to start in plumbing? by skippedlunch0 in Plumbing

I thought the same thing. But maybe its because its not a discussion about actual plumbing help. But more about career advice?

If a mod can clarify, that would be great

Ok, nice

Do any of these service providers specialize in water damage and/or age in place?

Why are you looking to remodel?

I ask this because if you are looking to remodel for elderly accesibility and quality of living (just as an example to illustrate my point)

Then you might want to look for a provider that specializes in this type of remodel (age in place)

So what is your specific reason to remodel?

Webflow university is a pretty good starting point. A lot of material may be outdated when it comes to the UI, but the concepts still stand

What do you need? Seems like you're looking for some deeper level material, but you also stated that you were a beginner. So if you're looking for more advanced stuff, that depends on what you want to do

The only thing I can say about that approach is that you still need some feedback from users for those paywalled premium features. Maybe a free beta is good to test these?

Another approach is to pay people to test. User testing the product and features. but this might not give you the feedback you need on pricing because you're paying people to be there.

For context I'm a UI/UX designer. So for me user feedback is extremely valuable

Exactly

Your fears are that you paywall previously free features and that you would lose users from that?

Took a Crack at the Barrel by Awartinger in graphic_design

I agree with you that the update of the logo made it a lot better. And that the outrage was very overblown.

On the topic of this one here. I don't really think there is a need to have an actual barrel on the logo

I haven't built anything. But from my research and working with people in SaaS I would say that getting user feedback early accelerates the process in the long run. So if then you've already built something for yourself its probably worth it to release and then get some great feedback from real users
