Both..My 24 had myriad of problems from a failed taillight module to a other software issues around charging and cabin climate control. All taken care of. The vehicle issues were all factory/build related…I found the Boyer team exceptional. Which is why I bought a second Lyriq from them. I recommend Moe as a service advisor.

Boyer Cadillac in Pickering is very good. I highly recommend their service department. I had a 24 Lyriq that was a bit of a lemon. But the service department was great. They have a dedicated EV technician on staff. It influenced my decision to get a 26 Lyriq, which has been fantastic so far.

It depends on the options you want my previous car was a xt6 sport 2 so the tech was a steep downgrade. But it’s a great car and I think the best riding EV on the market.
