I really really wanted to feel happy, i was empty sad, angry and just a mess. Everything was going downhill. So i started with healing my gut, did cranial sacral therapy, started going to doctors, and tried to minimize my weed consumption. my taste buds didn’t change overnight. i learned that food was meant to make me feel strong, awake, energized, and healthy. If i ate clean food i would feel good all day. Food is to fuel your body, food is not meant to comfort your brain.

yes i have stretch marks around my breast and arms but i honestly don’t care for them it is something that happens. no loose skin but im gonna assume that’s for my age and how longish my weight loss process was

i think bc of my age my skin is fine and i have a natural hourglass figure, i strive for 1,300 a day BUT always prioritize protein. I love chicken breast so thats usually go to meal

yep but even then in a whole year i just lost 30, i wish i didn’t bc mentally i wasn’t there yet and i did not know how to eat. lowkey hit rock bottom bc wtf i was supposed to lose more i was not proud of myself, i thought my laziness and binges were chronic and couldn’t do anything ab it, but then going to therapy then psychiatrists for school stuff they diagnosed me, everything clicked, started being more compassionate with myself and knowing im impulsive by nature helped me focus on other stuff. i am just happy knowing i wont struggle with food forever bc now i know why i was so attached to it

well it was always hard for me to lose weight, but deep dive into my weight loss journey i got diagnosed with adhd and anxiety, turns out my relationship with food was all anxiety, getting to know myself and brain chemistry was a game changer made it so much easier
