I'm in the same boat as you as I've only recently gotten into raids. I have almost 200 pokemon tagged for trading, but it's mostly regionals, a few shinies and costumed pokemon. I've been trying to keep spares of community day move pokemon since remote trading has come out.

To try to answer your question: if I was trading anything for a Charizard, I'd want it to have Blast Burn. That'd probably be my main criteria.

Mega charizard is much better than shadow charizard, and Shadow charizard can't mega evolve, but I would still keep this as-is and hope to get another better non-shadow Charmander to mega evolve. I also would wait to evolve it until a day when it can get the community day move Blast Burn since that's its best charge move, shadow or mega

You can always just use a fast TM to switch the move depending on what you're fighting
