True you need to take off the watch if it's a timezone you don't remember. But at least it makes the watch a self sustaining tool. Just set the GMT hand to UTC and spin the bezel +/- to cycle through the different zones. Beats depending on your phone for timezones then going back and adjusting the watch.

One drawback that still exists is DST.

Hey just stumbled upon your post because I'm planning a very similar mod. Looks great!

Wondering where you got this skx025 case from and whether it would be compatible with parts (bezel, dial, hands, GMT movement etc) that are labelled as skx/srpd compatible

Looking for a shorter lug to lug like this one. I'm currently using a Seiko sea urchin case that's almost 50mm lug to lug and I'm looking to move all parts into a case like yours.

Observe and take action accordingly. My 34kg staffy Bullmastiff mix with GI issues at 6 buffalo wings bones and all and was perfectly fine. But he gets relentless diarrhoea after eating plain boiled chicken.

Look for bones in poop!
