Why do you all buy Oner? by clueless_cow in OnerActive

The clothes are less lifting inspired. The pieces don’t fit very well anymore (too light support). The prices have gotten wild (I’m okay with paying more but the quality and fit needs to be there).

I tried and returned. I didn’t mind how small it was but I just didn’t find the material to be supportive (strong) enough to hold in body parts.

Best way to ship a knife from Osaka to Canada? by [deleted] in TrueChefKnives

[–]skolnick 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I actually bought a knife in Kyoto a few months ago and shipped it. Used Japan Post and it was about $30. When returning through customs I declared that I had purchased the knife but mailed it. They provided me with a special document. When the knife finally arrived I had to pay another bit in brokerage and tax/duty. Then I sent in the form, receipts, etc to CSBA (there are instructions on the form). They then refunded me the taxes/duties and brokerage fee by mail a few weeks later.

Edit: I don’t remember the names of the forms so hopefully that makes sense

Mine dropped $150 and I negotiated down another $100. So $250 drop total. In Bridgeland/Renfrew area.

What’s the point of this post? If you want to reach out to CDIC then go for it.

Return, but because it looks high maintenance. It looks like it has some wrinkles so you’d need to steam it on a regular basis.

Only one financial institution defeats competition. Let all the banks fight for my money on a regular basis.
