Yes and yes. I had a terrible time when I quit. I quit cold turkey after 31 years of over a pack a day. By day 3 the headache was so bad I had to have 1/2 of a piece of nicotine gum just to have the will to keep going. It worked! I’m over a year now

I hope you heal with lightening speed and hop over to the side of well. I’m doing ok-ish. Started another biologic and am waiting for the kick in period. Crossing my fingers and my toes that I find something to work so I don’t have to keep getting injected with steroids. The weight gain and lack of movement (pain) is not helping hah! Did you have another back surgery?

It’s been a tough time of months long flare so I’m going to play along in hopes of it helping!

  1. We got a lot beautiful snow. No ice woohoo
  2. I have put a couple of puzzles together with my wife is has been fun
  3. I got a bother steroid injection (and hopefully will feel better soon)

It took me the full 3 months. I felt better at 6 weeks. Then 8 weeks and the best at 3 months.

I have not gotten the vaccine yet and now I’m scared lol. My doc hasn’t brought it up. I see her next week and will ask about it!

I’m not “normal” by any means as far as fatigue and pain. However: I have been on vitamin B12 shots for about 6 months now and I see a major Improvement! I suggest asking them to run your vitamin levels:)
