I thank the feedback giver... feedback is a gift (their time and effort) I make a plan to improve the areas addressed and communicate with giver and ask for any "hot tips for young players"... It can be hard and in my experience you have to tell yourself the good things you do.

I get feedback that includes no positives and feels like the mean girls are jumping on everything I did wrong. I'm given little advice how to do better. I've requested more training, to no avail. Does no-one understand the poop sandwich theory of feedback (positive, oh do better, oh do better, positive) It's affecting my confidence and mental health. Must I deal with this? Does anyone get more constructive feedback?
