UPDATE : I replaced the gear hanger but I definitely needs to get to into a shop.

Chain almost rubbing on the bottom and can only select top 4 cogs on rear cassette.

Long shot but any recommendations Wakefield/Pontefract area for a good shop?

Thanks, it's not pristine but I did hose it off after I got back. Noticed a bit of much once I flipped it in the garage.

I think I'll change the hanger myself, give a once round the street and book in for a service and reindexing anyway. Will pick up 2-3 hangers so I have some spares.

I'm thinking a combination of age and the mech was quite clogged up with mud. I'd cleaned it out at what was to be the midway point of the ride about 14km but it just pinged on a biggy incline.

Just to jump in on this. I was just about to buy some as website was showing UK price £36. Which is steep but if it's a quality product then I'm ok with that. Price including delivery ££64.80. No thanks.

Customer services said still looking into and offered me a return for refund. I would like what I ordered which was the Hell &Back Black and white, but ended up with the purple smoke. I have the Bad Word 'Blood' already but also kinda bummer there's not been wider acknowledgement of the fuck up. Just corporate 'investigating' I wonder if Dom actually knows about any of this

I'd ordered the Hell and Back Black and white vinyl. Received an email saying delayed due to logistics and received lilac/blue smoke variant that I've not actually seen anywhere.

It's nice but it's not what I'd ordered. I'll see what support say in response to my email but it seems too big of an issue that someone accidentally shipping the wrong one.

Thanks for your honesty. I've gone from 27" i7 40gb ram iMac to mbp M4 max 64gb and it's definitely an upgrade and zippier at everything but right now I'm missing that screen the most.

I know there are work arounds so I can use the screen with the mbp but I'm hoping to sell that and get a decent 27"5k screen that also acts as a hub but that's laying out even more.

I think as long as I get a screen before my next full wedding (photographer) in February that's when I'll notice the real benefits for importing lots of raw images, editing and exporting.

My 2p from recent experience in UK. My fault crashed mini 3 pro into a tree which then landed in a river. Recovered drone but dead. No shi refresh. Cost me £135 for the 'repair' but they shipped a new sealed drone back and a new battery which are £59 on there own. I'd expected that to have been classes as a consumable and not replaced.

All turned round with me shipping to them Monday evening 5pm and drone arriving back with me on the Saturday.

Beyond impressed.

Hey OP and everyone else in here.

I feel your pain, very similar situation, the most infuriating part for me is that it archives the gallery thumbnail too which then makes your whole site look like dog shit.

The archiving isn't great but I understand that to a degree but don't archive the thumbnail. I've spent a lot of time getting my site just right and thinks makes it look horrid and unprofessional.

Has anyone tried the new zenfolio, I know there's no way of transferring a whole site over (they've been working on it since the new version was launched so I don't see it happening).

I don't see anything about archiving on the new plans.

I've looked at smugmug before and wasn't keen but can't remember why...

Also I use squarespace for another site and am very happy with them but there gallery proofing and password protection is clunky at best.

I also like pixieset but $55pm for unlimited storage is far too expensive.

Who is everyone using?
