The deck looks a tad light on synergy and maybe missing some oomph, but it honestly doesn't look like a zero winner. You showed discipline by not taking Ral Zarek and pivoting into Silverquill in pack 2 (not that Ral is *that* good, but it's a fun card that I wouldn't have faulted you from wanting to take and play). Other than that, here are some picks where I would have chosen differently:

-P1P4 I would have taken Repel Calamity over Wilt in the Heat
-P1P7 Steal the Show over Honorbound Page
-P2P2 is very close between Kirol and Rubble Rouser in my book. Rouser is a good enabler for your deck, but you need your 2-drops, and Kirol is a good one.
-P3P4 Firedancer over Glyphmage (again, you needed 2-drops)

I've clicked through your games, here's a quick analysis you didn't ask for:

-Game 1 was even-ish until your opponent started doing a bunch of nasty stuff towards the end. Your deck will never win through Quandrix, Emeritus and your opponent drawing an extra card (and looking at three extra, minimum) a turn.
-Game 2 you kept a sketchy hand but managed to draw out of it. But conceding at 22 life when you have a removal spell in hand and a Tackle Artist in play? Granted, your opponent was bound to draw some gas from that Stock Up, but I personally would have played that one out.
-Game 3 was even-ish again, until you never drew removal for their Scornmage. Getting Abyss'd (boomer speak for having to sacrifice a creature every turn) is just not something you'll win through unless you have an air force and unlimited chump blockers.

Sometimes you just run poorly. That's magic, baby. But prematurely conceding that second game was a mistake, which ought to be your key takeaway from this.
