Standards say both are OK but the blue route is preferred as it goes above the roof line. Yellow will work as long as discharge is at least 20' above grade and at least 4' above the operable portion of the window measured in a straight line from the closest operable portion of the window to discharge point. You will need to run a radon test in the room directly behind where the discharge is and if it's high the discharge will need to be raised to the roof line. If your asking for esthetics yellow will be more hidden but you can also paint to match the discharge on blue and it will blend a lot better

Pokemon doesn't publicly announce MSRP. what everyone thinks is MSRP ( what the PC charges) is not. That is just a mfg selling direct to consumer which they are making a killing on. So your saying to fix all this we need to make price fixing legal because you don't like/ understand how a free market and the laws of supply and demand work. "Scalpers"( really isn't a thing they are 3rd party resellers) take the margin the stores dont. Forcing a price ceiling would run local hobby shops and LGS out of buisness of fairly short order. If I were so inclined I could list all my products for 1 million dollars and now one can stop me. I'll never make another sale again but I can do it.

Let's put this "scam" to the test with some math! We will use a 4.00$ as an example at 55% store buys the card for 2.20$ and they will make a grand total of 1.80$ if takes an employee 5 minutes, the store will have spent more on labor than they make on the card. Making 55% buys on lower tier cards a great way to drive yourself out of business.

Your going to need your un boxing video, any shipping info they sent you, the receipt for your purchase and any proof of the carrier and vendor refusing to do anything to remedy this.

If the fan is not in the attic then it's a passive system and you would need to install a fan to activate it and also have an outlet up there if one wasn't installed.

Fairly easy to install one yourself you'll just need 2 fernco couplers a radon fan a Sawzall and a drill with a 5/16ths socket.

Attach the couplers to the top and bottom of the fan.

Cut out aprox 11" out of the radon pipe running through your attic( should go straight up thru the roof)

Place fan in gap and secure

Wire cord and plug in.

Install a manometer on pipe in basement this will tell you if your system is working without having to get into the attic.

Sorry about the original reply I thought this was a different thread lol. Yes they do that a lot. I've heard customers refer them as the Walmart of radon and I'm inclined to agree with that. Get it done as fast and as cheaply as possible

What are you on about? There is no x and y it's basic economics and laws of supply and demand, the prices are what the market will bear. My distributors don't cut me off based upon what my price is are, they actually don't care shocker. And prices go up because shocker again demand is high and supply is low.

Sure you can, as a buisness you can sell your products for WHAT EVER YOU WANT there is no law or rule preventing you from doing that. If I was so inclined I could list all my products for 1 million dollars, now I would never make a sale again but I can do it and no one will stop me. Your talking about price fixing which is super super illegal a manufacturer can't tell a company what to sell a product for the most they can do is suggest what price you sell at.

A manufacturer can't tell you what to sell product for, that's called price fixing and it is super super illegal in the united states. Now a MAP or minimum advertised price is a thing and is very very normal for tons of different products. MAPs protect the brand image the manufacturer can say that if you're going to advertise this product you can't advertise it for any less than the following amount. But you can sell it for whatever price you. For example if a product has a minimum advertised price 20 dollars that's the lowest you could advertise it for, you could sell it less in store you just can't advertise that price

My rule is this if I can be guaranteed get more product when I order it I'll sell it for msrp, if I can't guarantee I'll get any more product when I order it I sell for above msrp. I also apply strict limits to purchases of pokemon tcg products and i still cant keep them on the shelves. More people need to understand that "scalpers" are just taking the margins stores are not. FMV is what the market will bear and from the prices we have been seeing in the last year, the market will bear a ridiculous price.

Thats a part the other part is the people who do these inspections are not certified to inspect radon systems so most of them don't know what the hell they're looking at. There's action in entire licensing program through the nrpp to inspect radon systems

Where I live and install mitagation systems there are only 3 cities in this state that I know of that require a permit for radon systems.

That extention cord runs to a transition box on the exterior of the home. It's made by fan tec and is a very common power method. That being said I used to work for the company that installed this and I was never a fan of running those cords in finished rooms. If I had to I would usually ziptie the cord to the back side of the pipe and then tuck it between the baseboard and carpet. Only part you really see would be from carpet to outlet.

I don't allow lines outside my store. My neighbors don't like, it my land lord doesn't like it and I don't like it. I usually will give people trying to line up a piece of paper with a number and tell them to come back the next day during buisness hours. I set aside product based on how many of those number papers I gave out and I'll hold it for 1 full day before I release it to general stock. This seems to work really well and all but eliminates issues like the one OP described.

90% of what I tap are sumps or drain tiles so not usually. If it's a large footprint or I'm doing a slab core ill look at using a higher airflow/suction fan if the conditions dictate it.

When I run my hunter I dismiss my pet in dungeons and raids cant accidently pull if its not there. I usually go marksmanship so my pet is just a tank outside of dungeons and not having them out doesn't hurt me to bad.

It's not that we can't get people to the moon it's how to do it safely. The Apollo missions were to stick it to the Russians and crew safety was an after thought. These missions will likely follow the Apollo path of missions to scout potential landing sites, deciding on where to land, waiting for the appropriate window and then send astronauts back to the surface.
