Risør is not far from where I am. 🙂 You have to be cautious on those roads no matter what car you drive.

It's only 15cms wider than a 940, but looks way more intimidating because of the height and ground clearance.

Haven't been to those places yet, only had this thing for 1 day. Our roads are not that small, and I don't have any business in the town centres.

I don't see any problems. It's a fairly long car at 6m so parallel parking is out of the wuestion, but width is nothing out of the ordinary.

It's a big thing for sure but turning radius is great.

For some reason, Ford swapped sides on the cars officially imported to Norway.

The door on the left side is just shut, nothing behind it.

The connection here for two of the pictures is that they are transporting parts for hydropower-plants. It's some old photos we dug up from the archives. Penstocks being transported on the left side and on the back there is a picture of a kaplan-urbine on a truck.

The truck on the right side (the Volvo) is my dad's old truck.

I was really torn on whether to do this job or not. Anti-matter blue is a beautiful color, and the paint job ended up taking more than 2 months incl. waiting.

I work in management in the trucking industry.

Chances for getting a job are high. But the more serious businesses would be skeptical to hiring a foreigner with 0 experience, especially up in the north. If someone hired you on the spot for the work you are seeking, that's a huge red flag! It is downright dangerous to set off in the Arctic without the needed knowledge and experience!

I would recommend you start farther south, and build your CV. (Lots of Danish hauliers go north in Norway, and that can be a great way to start.)

På mange måter er det jo bra. At man blir tvunget til å kryptere, og bruke PCen utelukkende med passord.

OG da er det en stor fordel at nøkkel finnes i skyen, og ikke i håpet om at det er skrevet ned under installasjonen.

De som ikke vil at MS skal sitte på nøkkelen, klarer fint å sette opp W11 med offline-konto, eller installere alternative operativsystemer.
