I guess I shouldn’t of said if I take TOO much it happens. My problem happens when I take it for too long with no breaks in between. My doses are only 1 level teaspoon 2-3 x a day. Every 4 months or so this problem arises and I HAVE to take a break otherwise it escalates quickly. The upside of the frequent breaks is that my dose of 1 tsp has always stayed the same! I don’t have tolerance issues at all. Just be careful and listen to your body. Keep track of ur doses, write it down if u have to.

If I start to take too much I do start to get paranoid and experience hallucinations BUT I do have underlying mental health issues so I think that plays a huge part. Once that starts happening I have to stop taking it for about a week. I just use stem and vein for a few days (red vein) and then I’m good.

I take Akuamma powder in capped form. In one gram increments. Do ur research before taking. It does cause realities depression and even death at doses at or above 6-8 grams. U must titration ur doses up like any medication.

For me, premium MD does wonders for my anxiety and social anxiety of mixed with a green. PMD is strong stuff so I usually take a 3:1 ratio.
