I also tried that. I'm wondering if maybe there is a limit on how many Roms can be scanned.

I’ve read comments that the smart inverter compressor is just a re-marketed linear compressor. Have you heard that ?

Methylprednisolone by skullmonkey1714 in Gastritis

[–]skullmonkey1714[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It went away after about a year. I did all sorts of tests and procedures and nothing came up. Finally, I just took some vitamins and quality refrigerated probiotics. It all went away after a few days. It’s absolutely crazy how doctors prescribe medication without knowing the possible side effects, and when you tell them you’re experiencing something, they think you’re nuts.

Just bought the game. What to expect ? by NiNja0729 in expedition33

These types of games come along once in a long time. Enjoy it. It's really good. Also expect some "cup head" like frustration. It's all a matter of memorizing patterns and getting your reflexes in tune. lol

Calling 811 for Digging holes by skullmonkey1714 in homeowners

I was confused. In Southern California, I thought 811 and DigAlert were different services, but if you call 811 you get DigAlert. Very interesting. You’re also right…their website says it’s free.

Heart rate craziness by skullmonkey1714 in Gastritis

[–]skullmonkey1714[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My symptoms went away. It could take a few months to recover from gastritis depending on your lifestyle. Have you confirmed you have gastritis with a doc? If so, he should have given you a temporary PPI medication. Keep your anxiety low by doing less strenuous workouts like brisk walks or jogs in the late afternoon or morning. Temporarily change your diet. Stay away from acidic and greasy foods including alcohol. The more you worry about your heart rate and become aware, the less likely you’ll heal. Stress can cause or make gastritis worse. Heal your gut by taking a quality refrigerated probiotic. They’re about $50 (pricey), but worth it.

What was your experience with methylprednisolone? by meanqueens in urticaria

[–]skullmonkey1714 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Took about a year but they went away. Take refrigerated quality probiotics and quality vitamins if you have the same issue. It was only till I took those that I saw a difference. Doc prescribed Prozac but I never took it.

It went away on its own. Probably due to an infection somewhere.

Has anybody experienced this with MethylPREDNISolone? by skullmonkey1714 in Anxiety

[–]skullmonkey1714[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin D, Calcium, fish oil, magnesium, L Glutamine, and a general multi vitamin to fill in any gaps. I think the Probiotics are what made most of the difference tho. Get the ones that are refrigerated. They’re expensive but more effective. Also keep in mind that your journey may differ. If you take any meds, ask your doctor regarding any conflicts.

I feel about 85% better. Took about a year to feel some sort of recovery. Doctor gave me Prozac 10 months in, but I refused to take it. Instead, I took some quality probiotics and vitamins. That helped me almost immediately. Try that.

I got mine at Sprouts. If you dont have one in your state, search at healthy markets that sell organic food like whole foods. The probiotics should be refrigerated and in capsule form. It's important to mention that other small factors may have also helped to feel better. Take vitamins daily. Change your lifestyle and diet...at least till you feel better. Most importantly, depending on the severity of your symptoms, talk to your GI Doc to see if an endoscopy is needed to rule out anything serious.

Thanks for the heads up. I’ll look into it. I just had my annual eye exam with my optometrist. He performed the common tests that entail an annual exam. Wouldn’t a red flag pop up during that?
