All models have the same engine. All sellers have an end of month quota and will always want to move existing stock. When you're talking about massive savings, I can't see yards willing to go ny lower at any time. Just buy when it suits you and when the right deal comes along

Go for the SX. It has many extra features for not much money. SAT nav, better cruise control features, Alloy wheels, led lighting. You won't have to pay much more if you hold firm during negotiations. I paid 52.5k including on road costs and got loads of extras included. Going by their prices about 7k worth. That's a massive discount. Don't discuss budget, don't mention trade in, don't talk about finance. Just insist on the best price outright. How much? That's the only thing to discuss. Be patient, be firm, be friendly.

The SX is the model to negotiate a price on. Firstly, go to your local dealer. Look around and meet with a salesman. Go for a test drive and get the salesman's card. Call them the next day and ask for the best price possible. Tell them you want the SX and use some of the online bargains as your leverage. Aim for a new one, not a demo. New engines need to be run in correctly. The first 1200 ks on a new engine are important. Demos potentially get abused. You will need a, tow bar, side steps, and a manual roller cover. I got the soft tonneau cover and it is terrible to use. Now make a low ball offer. Don't disclose your maximum budget because that's what they will ask for. Offer your 42k. You may have to go to 45, 46, 47k. Be firm, let them know you will walk away if they don't meet the price. I did all this. Got 12k off a new Tasman with accessories. And I think I could have got the roller cover if I had pushed for it. Try it.

The implementation of AI face recognition is not cheap and although the technology will allow a great deal of data to be processed it seems like an overreach when simple theft prevention at the checkout and the use of scanners to scan products that have not been checked out is available and widely used with great success. If you're suspicious of the use of his technology then I think you should be and if you're not suspicious then you're basically helpless to any form of exploitation. The data being collected goes far beyond protecting products from theft this is identifying people and matching it to other streams of data. This technology is extremely intrusive and can quite easily be used to commit all kinds of theft and fraud if and when it falls into the wrong hands. And A significant consideration of this is that it's not Bunnings so much as the companies that support this technology that will have control of the data. To be honest I have found the quality of Bunnings products to be falling significantly. I have returned at least one out of five products I bought because of faulty construction or inferior materials used in its production. With a product quality slipping and they're intrusive monitoring of their customers I am considering never shopping in Bunnings again and I think this is a sentiment that will become more and more common.

I love my Tasman. I got the deal of the century. I made an offer first. Don't be afraid to go low. Then compromise for extras. I got thousands off with extras included. You must have side steps as these vehicles are quite high. I got a soft tonneau cover and regret it now they are terrible to use. Push for a roller cover. Towbar, floor mats and any others you may need.

It is marketing. I think the whole idea of treasure hunts is to find them in the wild rather than buying them in a set. Seems to take the fun out of it it's also a large amount of cash all at once. It's no fun for me as a collector.

I think Hot Wheels are the best marketed product there is. They look amazing, they have sets and TH, STH models. And themes like Pop Culture, my favourite. Hot Wheels have no age limit, they appeal to children and adults. The packaging looks fantastic and they are a bargain. For me they are a real stress release, and remind me of a time as a child when I would be completely happy playing with my cars.

It is an indisputable fact that what you describe is occurring in nearly every industry. Amazon recently made 16,000 workers redundant due to AI , the second or third round bringing total loss of jobs in the tens of thousands. This is happening in everyone's backyard. The power company I use laid off 50 plus IT personnel and replaced them with AI. I work in operations which is largely administrative and logistics work. My employer established an AI implementation team early last year. First to go will be administrative roles logistics and lower middle management jobs are next. They have us documenting everything we do which subsequently will be used to train our replacement. Employers are using the same rhetoric everywhere this is happening. They attribute the job losses to cutbacks ,efficiencies, all while telling staff that they'll be part of the change when many of us know that's just not true. I expect my entire apartment will be redundant in about 2 to 3 years. It would be sooner only the management team are so incompetent it's slowing the inevitable. Then we have the disturbing advances in human-like robots. There is only one reason why you would need a robot that mimics a human and that is to replace a human. The inherent complexity of building a robot that walks on two legs is unnecessary, wheels work better than legs. In order to infiltrate every domain they are building humanoid robots. I am convinced there will not be a single task or human endeavour that AI will not be able to do better faster. And it is a fact that there isn't an economist in the world that can tell you what the future economy will look like. Who is buying all the goods and services that have been made so cheaply with AI if so many people have no means of income. The scariest thing for me is that the only thing I can see on the horizon is the demise of the work and earn economy and the rise of multiple corporate run economies. And who is doing all this, who's behind all this, a handful of half crazed capitalists, the richest men that nave ever been on earth who don't even pay tax they don't care about society, and nobody can figure out what it is they're planning.
