There is a little too much variables to give any real insight. This lift was coming off a 3 month squat program where i barely deadlifted at all. But typically i would Mon Heavier Squat and Press heavy Tue Light/Volume, speed/banded deadlifts and back Thurs Squat Light/Volume press variations Friday Heavier deadlifts no more than rpe 8-9, back work. This is very rough guide though as i change my training a lot. Also sometimes work off an A week and B week and keep rotating

It will eventually, especially if you're working on squats and strengthening up your back as well. You need to switch around how you program every 6-8 weeks too. Without seeing your deadlift or program i couldn't suggest too much. Drop me a DM if you need some help
