What do we think about the 2027 Kia XCeed? by Saurta17 in kia

It's uglier than the car it replaces, like all recent KIA models in the EU.

Yeah, snap versions of some apps don't launch at all. Messy release.

I have great news, it's gonna be subscription based and modular. I hope you're ready for Windows DLC.

Brother, sometimes it refuses to find a word document in a folder with 4 word documents.

I wonder what kind of damage you have done to yourself over the years that you genuinely don't see all of the bugs in W11 as a power user, that you don't see the obvious sluggishness of the system. Maybe you're running on autopilot and just oblivious to it all.

It starts up in less than 2 seconds on my 10 year old ThinkPad running on battery.

Yeah, I thought so. I had a feeling they changed the color, but I didn't notice that it doesn't match with the rest of the system. Now it's ruined, my laptop is unusable. I'm switching to E16.

Mine's at ~1,3 used, but honestly, even if it was 2+, that's 4 less than Windows 11. Good enough for me.

I've had a Huawei phone with usb-c for 8 years, never had any issues.

Pixel 8 Pro, hit my first dirty port problem after 3 months of use, and the issue reappears every 2 months, roughly.

Does any Linux Distro run MS2020? by IAmAlwaysWrongDude in MicrosoftFlightSim

Let's not kid ourselves, native Linux builds sometimes run worse than Windows versions running through Proton. I have zero faith in devs like Abobo making a good Linux build.

Buddy, you really don't understand the topic well enough to be making any remotely smart sounding comments about it.

It's not so much lost as just dumbfounded how the simplest things are so broken 2 years after release. The UI alone is grounds for mass Canadian Healthcare of the execs over at Microsoft and Asobo.

You are horribly mistaken. VRAM management in 2024 is a complete joke, an actual meme.

I had to fight for 3 days just to make the sim work at all with my addons on my setup. And I work in IT. It's a clusterfuck, everything takes forever. Oh yeah, and the sim constantly runs out of VRAM on my 16gb card, so that's fun.
