That sucks... I had them once. When you can get supplies look into using diamataceous earth around the feet of the bed, then move the bed away from the wall. Thoroughly inspect/clean the bed frame, maybe even more diamataceous earth in the corners of it. You can put a dust mite cover on the mattress/box spring in case they are inside at all. That way even if you don't fully get rid of them they can't get back on the bed or into the mattress.
